Click and Collect
Our Click and Collect service is free and offers customers the option to pay/reserve and collect items at their own convenience. Available from our central London store; 77-73 Barbour, Regent Street, W1B 4EF and is available during weekdays between 9am until 6pm. Any orders placed on weekends will remain pending until the following Monday.
Once your order is complete at the checkout, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order information, product information and collection time. This is confirmation that your order has been placed; we will send you another email shortly when your order is ready to collect. If you place an order on a Friday after 6pm, (outside office hours) Ready for Collection emails continue to the following Monday excluding Bank holidays.
When you arrive in store, please bring a copy of the confirmation or Ready to collect email, the card used to purchase or photographic I.D (Passport or driving license). If you don’t have a printer, you can show us the email on your mobile or your order number / reference number. If you came to collect and are not happy with the item or changed your mind, you may get a refund. Please allow 5 working days for this refund to show in your account. How does it work?
Place an order for a click and collect eligible item, the service is available for registered users and guests. Choose the shipping method option Store pickup.
Receive your new order confirmation email, followed by your ready for collection email. These emails contain your order reference number; confirm your order status and collection information.
Make your way to the store; please bring a copy of the confirmation or Ready to collect email, the card used to purchase or photographic I.D (Passport or driving license). If you don’t have a printer, you can show us the email on your mobile or your order number / reference number.
